From the galleries of the Amon Carter Museum of American Art, see paintings and sculpture from the original collection, and discover Amon G. Carter’s initiatives for equal access sixty years ago. The presentation will also feature works that demonstrate our efforts toward equality by acquiring and exhibiting works by artists who have historically been marginalized. Included also are some remarkable examples of how art can be a powerful platform for justice.
